Our current openings are for an Associate (Junior-level Recruiter) and Consultant (Senior-level Recruiter).

Associate

Responsibilities:  

  • Build network by reaching out to professionals through email and phone
  • Conduct career consultation meetings with professionals in your industry to determine recommendations for job opportunities
  • Pitch job opportunities
  • Manage entire recruitment process from job application, interviews, and offer process
  • Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience, preferably in Japan. (New grad is acceptable) – sales or consulting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently, and achieve goals
  • Accountability
  • Capability to work in fast paced and dynamic work situations
  • Business level English or higher
  • Business level Japanese is preferred

Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Work with both clients and professionals in your industry
  • Manage entire recruitment process from job application, interviews, and offer process
  • Build Apex’s client base
  • Support the development of junior members
  • Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in executive level recruitment or sales
  • Good industry knowledge/network
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently, and achieve goals
  • Accountability
  • Demonstrate capability to work in fast paced and dynamic work situations
  • Business level English or higher
  • Business level Japanese is preferred
