<Job Descriptions>

・Support and implement strategies to drive global culture of compliance and compliance focused-tone at all layers of management throughout the operations of the company
・Develop, implement and periodically update policies and procedures designed to ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
・Develop, distribute and deliver effective training and communications in support of the Compliance Program.
・Actively promote awareness of the company’s Compliance Program with employees, customers and other Third-Party Intermediaries.
・Monitor the conduct of employees through the follow-up of periodic audits, reviews and evaluations.
・Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders:BU, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain to identify, mitigate and resolve compliance and legal matters.
・Conduct due diligence on distributors, agents and other third party intermediaries consistent with the various anticorruption regulations including the FCPA.
・Conduct compliance and ethics related investigations, inspections and audits. Follow up on compliance and ethics related investigations to ensure recommendations have been appropriately and timely implemented.
・Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
・Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

<Requirements>

・Professional degree in Business/Finance or related field with five to seven years of corporate compliance or similar experience, most of which should be with a MNC similar to the company.
・Able to gather, analyze, evaluate facts, and reach appropriate conclusions
・Able to work independently, often without on-site supervision
・Strong time management and document management skills with a fine attention to details
・Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both orally and in writing is essential for this role
・Familiarity with anti-corruption compliance laws and controls
・Excellent interpersonal skills
・Language fluency for North Asia region is a must. Proficiency in Japanese language will be a plus.
