17227 Digitalization Success Lead【Tokyo/Osaka】
・Lead the improvement initiatives based on quarterly Salesforce digitalization survey “SFDS” and field activity data analysis.
・Represent the voice of the Sales reps and collect best practices with all related
・Enable successful roll-out of digital platforms to Sales reps including sharing and
developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas as SME.
・Develop and improve the CRM/BI related manuals and training contents for Sales rep to accelerate the digitalization.
・Lead communication with internal/external stakeholders about system upgrade / failure.
・University degree or above
・At least 5 years of experience in business analytics or consultation in customer
engagement or CRM/BI domain, Veeva CRM and Tableau preferred.
・At least 3 years of experience in pharma commercial domain, Can be suppliers.
・Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
・Experience in SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) preferred
・BI development skill (Tableau) preferred
・Data handling (SQL) and analytical skill preferred
・Fluent in Japanese and a good command of English (TOEIC 730 or above)
・Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our stakeholders reach their goals
