<Job Descriptions>

・Lead efforts through cross-functional teams to optimize HCP-related policies, processes and systems by identifying issues, combining global best practices (e.g., inside and outside of the company) and developing, proposing and implementing solutions
・Direct activities with overall responsibility of planning, budgeting, managing expense priorities, leverage resources and recommending and implementing changes to methods and practices. May provide coaching, direction and training to team member(s)
・Oversee the monitoring and auditing of compliance with policies and procedures
・Plan and direct multiple strategic programs including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects (e.g., due diligence process for distributors and other third parties)
・Oversee and direct effective HCP training programs
・Drive and ensure a culture of ethics and compliance in assigned region
・Advise all levels of employees and management with respect to ethics and compliance matters
・Draft and/or negotiate complex HCP agreements with HCP to ensure ethics and compliance
・Lead investigations of alleged misconduct and violations of policy, ensure consistent processing, treatment, and disposition
・Set strategy around efforts optimize processes by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solution options
・Lead regional compliance committee
・Conduct and analyze regional risk assessments
・Serve in a leadership role within external associations; Assist in framing the conversation within medical/professional associations on the future of HCP Compliance. Stay up to date and maintain strong knowledge of and expertise in healthcare / life science industry codes of conduct, company policy and relevant local and international laws and regulation to stay abreast of changes in these areas.

Education and Experience:
・Juris Doctor or equivalent in in related field, 10 years years experience previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance Required

Additional Skills:
・Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required; Experience in JDE or SharePoint preferred
・Proven successful project management skills
・Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
・Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
・Expert understanding of procedures while looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
・Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of corporate responsibility to the business
・Serve as core partner to senior leaders in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT
・Expert knowledge of Industry Code requirements
・Ability to understand and foresee the impact of new technologies to the organization and improve the implementation
・Expert understanding of effective compliance program standards
・Strict attention to detail
・Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
・Ability to work and excel within a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
・Ability to interact with senior management, and others concerning matters of significance to the company
