As a Field Service Engineer, responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and repairs for all assigned products, to work from Tokyo Head Office covering Kanto Region.
In addition to service and repair, assist in quality assurance responsibilities which include complaint handling, document control, and communication with Japanese authority.
・Visit and communicate with customers to Install, repair, troubleshoot, and handle maintenance of products to ensure top quality of functionality.
・Communicate with global through email and phone as needed.
・Assist in Quality Assurance related responsibilities such as complaint handling and communication with Japanese Authority such as PMDA.
・Experience in Field Service Engineering in Medical Device
・Experience in Ophthalmology field is a plus but not essential
・Be able to communicate in English to Global through email and phone as needed
・Experience in Quality Assurance is a plus but not essential
