18433 FP&A Senior Manager
1. Forecasting, Budgeting, Strategy planning
・Lead the financial planning & reporting processes
・Timely address of queries from various stakeholders
・Analyze performance (tracking revenue & expenses regularly) and provide variance explanations and recommendations for operational efficiency and provide business counseling to relevant stakeholders, with the objective of adding value to the business.
・Understand, communicate and explain variance within the business. Identify root causes and follow up actions for each.
2. Business Partnering
・Partner with the commercial team to drive commercial / financial objectives
・Involved in business decision making proactively by providing financial perspective.
・Question and challenge to business constructively for better decision
・Support commercial team to develop business case for NPI, new business model, etc
・Monitor business development and interpret operation results against long term /short term plans by identifying and illustrating the root cause for deviation and proposing best practice solutions & advice to commercial team with insight and to improve the efficiency of business operation.
・Prepare monthly financial reports with actual analysis, advice on the key findings, strengths & weakness and profit results to support steering future business development.
・Identify areas/opportunities of costs savings as well as sales increase in business operations
3. Ad-hoc Projects, Process Improvement and Expense Efficiency
・To take leadership or to provide supports towards any business or finance projects as they arise.
・To identify and drive continuous process improvement, particularly in the area of financial planning.
・To identify and drive continuous process standardization and simplification to improve efficiency.
Education and Experience：
・BA or MA in Accounting/Economics/Law/Business
・Experience in finance business partnering multinational company. Pharma/medical device/OTC is preferred
