The HRBP Manager is responsible for developing, recommending and implementing policies and programs in the HR area covering talent management (acquisition, performance management, training & development), employee relations, organization development and planning as well as related HR matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
・Provide quality service and results as it pertains to HR core functional knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training and development.
・Build alliances with senior stakeholders across the business unit and establish a valuable consultative role within the organization.
・Partner with senior management to provide the Business with strategic direction on each HR practice and process associated with talent development (performance management, organization review, succession planning, development and career planning)
・Execute processing of TA for the business unit, working with the broader TA/ HR team members.
・Partner with management to develop broad talent acquisition strategies for hard to fill.
・Advice and support to employees and management in working regulations and rules.
・Provide effective coaching, counseling and disciplinary strategies on all ER issues.
・At least 7 years of solid experience working as an HR professional; preferably as a generalist / BP in the healthcare Industry.
・Experience in recruitment activities in a high volume, multicultural, fast-paced environment, using Japanese and English in office.
