<Job Descriptions>

1. Leveraging Marketing Excellence Framework, leads the development launch strategy, leads the planning and execution of the launch plan, working cross-functionally the brand plan, tactical plan and promotion plan to ensure strong and aligned marketing, medical and sales plans,. Works collaboratively with other markets having launched the compound and reflects learning or best-practices in the Japan launch plan.
2. Leading development of promotional materials, pre-launch, launch events, etc. aligned with the strategy (Tactical plan and promotional tools)
3. Leading and growing the Japan TA business in close collaboration with APAC
marketing team, sales, sales planning, and other key functional areas to ensure successful execution of plans
4. Developing relationships with key opinion leader physicians for scientific & medical guidance and to develop external support- working closely with Medical Affairs
5. Supporting design/planning of sales activities, training, and Brand related key activities, including digital strategy and digital programs in the post-covid19 era.
6. Working with market research team to develop market and Brands insights, and reflect them to inform Brands strategies
7. Forecasting or providing input to Forecast of Brands sales for the indication. Working with the Pricing & market access team, to develop new product value proposition and support a pricing strategy to obtain acceptable NHI price
8. Building, proposing and managing marketing expense budget.
9. Contributing to key new product development or Life-Cycle-Management in the field working with New product Lead or R&D project management

<Requirements>

Education:
・BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences
Experience:
・3-8 years of experience in sales and marketing or related position in pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in launching brands and brands marketing in
competitive market.
・Solid marketing/brand management, strategy building, logical thinking experience and skill are required. Both Brand Manager level and Assistant Director level are
welcome. New product launch experience is a must.
Competencies:
・Strong Brand Marketing knowledge, experience, and logical thinking skills
・Cross-functional and collaborative leadership skills
・Excellent Presentation and Communications skills both in Japanese / English
・New product launch experience (launch lead experience is big plus)
・Proven ability to work with R&D, medical affairs, sales teams
・Strong drive, focus, winning mindset, creative and breakthrough thinking
