JOB TITLE: 16209 Industrial Account Lead

OVERVIEW:
This role will responsible for developing the demand of covid-19 antibodies, identify prospective bulk offerings and subsequently have fruitful negotiation with decision makers in the industry, entertainment, LTC, school and sport event.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Create a demand of covid-19 antibodies business that utilizes corporate products through strategic communication with government agencies, local governments, companies and organizations.
・Plan and manage of partnerships with government agencies, local governments, companies and organizations.
・Evaluate the impact corporate products have on each industry, and propose the best plan with the brand strategy.
・Understand the rules in the medical industry and promote projects with various local governments and companies within the rules.
・Analyze and propose the tools, partnerships and resources needed to achieve the goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS&EDUCATION:
・5 years’ experience in government affairs or public affairs and bachelor’s degree required
・Excellent management in external project 3 years +
・Have the ability to plan and drive multiple projects simultaneously
・Excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with various stake holders
・Proficient in prevailing analytic software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
・Background in medical or Pharmaceutical industry, POCT preferred
・Knowledge of government and local government policy-making processes
・Time management skills to negotiate quickly with many stakeholders
・Have a keen interest in social, economic and policy trends
COMPETENCIES:
・Strong relationship building and communicating skills
・Polished coordination techniques
・TOEIC score minimum 730+ (presentations, speaking, writing and reading) are must.
・Be proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner.
・Be fluent in MS excel and MS PowerPoint
