This person will be responsible for driving integrated marketing campaigns and programs that support the business objectives for sustained growth.
This person will utilize digital, social, public relations, advertising, sales enablement, customer tools, and brand management to form cohesive marketing communications campaigns.
A key objective for this role will be to ensure the marketing communications programs are well aligned, are as effective and efficient as possible, and are having maximum impact. This role will see a candidate seek out innovations in integrated marketing plans that are consistent with the needs of the business and appropriate to the healthcare field.
・Develop marketing communications programs and campaigns to support business growth objectives and priorities, including an annual marketing communications plan with new product launches, trade shows, web sites, brochures, and other collateral materials
・Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and the organization to build alignment and support for integrated campaigns – from high level objectives and execution to metrics and analysis; coordinate across departmental boundaries to solve problems and quickly resolve execution roadblocks
・Manage marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they are meeting corporate brand guidelines and building brand equity
