1. Lead price setting and management
・Centralize pricing database
・Be the owner for all Gross to Net pricing adjustments and definition based on evaluation of market situation
・Implement monthly / quarterly pricing reviews across the portfolio, taking appropriate actions where required
・Provide regular updates on pricing activities and its business impact to key stakeholders
・Ensure customers are classified appropriately, consistent with the role played in the supply chain with the pricing terms created appropriately e.g. Key account, Clinic, Wholesaler
2. Create route to market strategy/commercial deal
・Evaluate and centralize business case analysis for commercial offers
・Create the route to market strategy for all products, working with Marketing Leads and Sales Leads to identify opportunities to increase domestic revenue and market share.
・Design the end to end processes, from planning to execution, including customer
engagement and negotiation, selection and contracting.
・Oversee the project development and implementation of high customer impact
・Oversee all internal and external customer communications, especially relating to
change in pricing terms, product launches & withdrawals
3. Oversight of commercial policy leadership
・Define relevant commercial policies to maximize domestic revenue across all
franchises, working with Marketing Leads, Sales Leads and Finance Leads to create
best practice. Review these polices on at least an annual basis ensuring they continue to achieve stated aims.
4. Development and implementation of trade processes
・Lead the development of trade and supply excellence through identification and
implementation of improved ways of working and the adaption of new technology and the tracking of KPI’s.
・Lead PI/brand protection activities in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs and Sales
5. Wholesaler Management (optional)


・Experience in similar role at Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Medical Device industries (not reimbursement business)
・Experience in commercial policy development
