Key Responsibilities:
・Ensures top line sales and market share for respective product franchise thru meaningful initiatives & promotions.
・Strong sales support to understand and translate value proposition to the market and customers.
Market and Product Expertise:
・Understand global company strategy and translates this into sales relevant initiatives within respective product franchise.
・Internal specialist for respective product portfolio, related practice workflows and current and future trends.
・Knows competitive environment on product and commercial aspects.
Launch & Life Cycle Management:
・Managing successful launches collaborates with key internal stakeholders to drive launches, manages forecasting, sales initiatives, monitoring and implementation of corrective actions.
・Portfolio management
・Strong interaction and collaboration with the Global Marketing team at Headquarters.
・Works closely with the sales team to develop high quality marketing plans.
・Acts as internal Sales Person to sell products, services and insights to local sales team.
・Supports sales calls through effective and efficient co-travel with local sales team.
・Ensures interdisciplinary alignment with internal stakeholders.
Commercial Expertise:
・Develops meaningful marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
・Supports sales calls thru effective and efficient co-travel with local sales team.
・Monitors performances and activities of respective product franchises, giving full transparency in the organization of performance achievements with sales team.
・Actively utilizing CRM information to drive marketing initiatives.
・Identifies market trends and competitor activities.
・Creates valuable insights to feed commercial talk tracks.


・University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Health Sciences complemented with a master’s degree in a business-related area.
・Basic skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, Internet
・Experience in B-to-B environment with a direct sales force.
・Experienced in Medical Device markets (preferably dentistry).
・Proficiency level of English, in order to participate and communicate on an international level with peers.
・Knowledge on presentation techniques.
・Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
