・Lead launch preparations, including R&D process supports, with establishing and tracking key milestones

・Assess new products, applying market and customer insights to identify new product and lifecycle enhancement opportunities

・Partners with cross-functional team members to develop visions, strategic plans, and target product profiles (TPP) with clearly defined goals.

・Drive business to achieve annual sales & profit targets

・Maximizes the company’s strategic advantage by identifying competitors’ weaknesses

・Develop a coherent and compelling story of a brand’s value

・Develop and maintain a team culture of mutual trust and collaboration


Education and Experience:
・Minimum five years experiences as Product Manager in Medical Device company ・Experience with new product launch from R&D stage of Class IV devices

Preferable education and experience:
・Bachelor’s degree required
・MBA preferred
・Good knowledge of medical device-related regulations and promotional practice

Essential Skills and Abilities:
・Advanced Business-level English required, TOEIC score 850+ preferred
・Passion for continuous self-development
・Strong logical reasoning and analysis skills
・Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills
・Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
・Proactively making effort to improve marketing skills
