<Job Descriptions>

・Support employees in the use of HR tools, processes and policies; organizational effectiveness, improve performance and ensuring compliance
・Support the Global HRBP in implementing a people plan for the respective business area that aligns with the business strategy
・Support with the implementation of the new Global HR organization
・Budgeting and forecasting process of headcount and personnel cost
・Support the Global HRBP in ensuring processes are applied in the business as Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning & Development, Career & Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Change Management
・Responsible for candidate selection and onboarding process to ensure a quick integration into the company
・Ensure all Values and Principles and Code of Conduct, are adhered and complied to at all times
・Support the Global HRBP with the deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders and communicating actions within the area of responsibility
・Support the Global HRBP with people interventions when necessary

<Requirements>

・10+ years of generalist HR experience gained across a variety of businesses,
markets, cultures.
・International HR experience
・Experience using HR software solutions
・Strong with numbers and data
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
・Technical Skills: Experience in employee relations, business partner, employment law,
project management, conflict management
・Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese and English
・IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office
・Ability to resolve employee issues affecting business performance
・Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
・Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
