This service operation team mainly takes care of the machines nation widely.
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for service P&L (incl. create P&L)
2. Be responsible for global New global service system implementation.
3. Provide high level solutions regarding repair and maintenance to sales leaders and service engineers
4. Take care of customers who has serious mechanical problems
5. Improve service operations for effective manner, eg implementing remote service over the phone
1. Improve and implement operational excellence, including KPI setting
2. Convert service operation to profit centre
3. Setting up and implementing standard service operation
4. Support Sales growth through customer satisfaction for repair service


・Strong technical/engineering educational background
・Above high intermediate level of English proficiency. Need to intact with English
speaking business segment technical experts
・Proven team leading skills and organization development expertise, under the rapid and challenging business circumstances
・Small-large machinery operational experience would be great benefit ( eg. Medical equipment,PC/IT,Semiconductor, Automotive) )
Required experiences:
・At least 5 years on call service experience of machines, electrical devices and service
2・At least 5 years of team management experiences with managing managers, 20staff +
・Business level English to communicate with engineers in the headquarters
Preferred experiences:
・Experiences of repair and maintenance of dental/medical imager
・Setting and running PC, WS and LAN in B to C business
・Technical support experiences in call center in IT or medical device industry
