CHC HR lead for Japan is a pivotal and hands-on role that provides strategic & operational Human Resources support to designated functions across commercial, business partnering or industrial affairs functions.
・Acting as a HR strategic partner for country business leadership team
・Driving a strong HR agenda to support the delivery of country business objectives
・Implementing policies and processes in line with the company & CHC HR strategy
・Help driving a solid CHC consumer centric culture
・Act as a change agent, open on the external world to evolve HR practices
＜KEY RESULTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES＞
・Build the country HR roadmap actions to support the country business objectives in the new
autonomous CHC set up
・Develop a strong collaborative relationship with country leadership team
・Deploy CHC HR global initiatives within the country in strong collaboration with CHC global
・Partner with line managers across key HR outcomes: recruitment, development & training,
Recognition, Performance assessment, change management, culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and individual employee matters.
People Attraction & Planning：
・Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate all recruitment / mobility processes and attract the right talents into the organization
・Partner with CHC local finance controller for close HC planning & monitoring
・Partner with Reward & Performance CoE to implement international mobilities
・Partner with regional CHC People Recognition Leads (and Reward & Performance teams when needed) to run compensation cycle and for gradings & pricings purposes in line with the validated governance
・Counsel managers on most efficient organization design, structure and allocation of resources to deliver business challenge
・Manage organizational changes
・Drive local talent management process, enabling leaders to build a strong Talent Pipeline to support and enhance business goals, to grow talents through relevant development programs, to foster mobilities across Sanofi functions & BUs, from & towards CHC
・Drive local learning agenda for the country, leveraging the leadership programs, ilearn resources as well as the CHC capability building resources built by function excellence teams
People services &experience (HR administration)：
・Partner with Business Services Employee Experience for day-to-day administrative procedures & Workday business processes.
・Deliver day-to-day operational HR Excellence to the business
・Advice and counsel all levels of management on employee relations to manage and resolve
employee issues reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
・Acts as the single point of contact at local level to drive transversal topics & coordinate common processes at country level, across Commercial Operations, Business partnering &
other functions per operating model
・Social Relations management： build and maintain high quality social dialogue with Unions
representatives in order to drive the country business and HR agenda
・HR experience or background is strongly required.
・Business and results oriented
・Demonstrate advisory capabilities, with ability to build relationships & influence. Experience in interacting to interact with Senior Leaders.
・Ability to drive change and CHC culture to fully meet consumer healthcare needs
・Ability to understand and advise on HR processes, functional areas, policies, local HR practices, procedures and compliance efforts.
・Cooperate Transversally： Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders and partners across the business and the company & CHC HR matrix organization to positively impact business results.
・Ability to work in English due to interactions with foreign managers and employees.
・In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employees management
・Experience in social relations management
