Job Details

<職務内容>

・Achieve all the company’s service objectives: orders, revenue, margin, customer happiness & retention while staying within allocated budget.
・Actively identify & drive boundary-less selling opportunities. Promote Service offerings, identify and bring up commercial service needs.
・Acts as a primary customer point of contact in Japan service and represents One in case of multi modality projects and events which requires service business.
・Facilitate effective communication & trustful teamwork within the Japan / Asia pacific business.
・Drive Japan Operating mechanisms.

<応募要件>

・Education to Bachelor Degree level, MBA an advantage.
・Strong people management, leadership skills, as well as sales mentor & team building skills.
・Sophisticated negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
・General business management, including ability to analyze financial needs accurately and establish budget optimally.
・High level presentational skills, able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
・Proven track record to optimally communicate across a distributed workforce
・Proficiency in English language

<就業時間>9:00 – 17:30 (労働時間:7.5時間) 週5日 フレックスタイム制コアタイムなし
