Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will be responsible for the core product range for the brand.
This position will be responsible for leading new product development and launch execution for core and seasonal products. Included in this position will be project management, consumer research, concept development, product and package development, pricing and P/L Management.
*Japan is the leading market for this brand and is highly involved in developing local products
・Working closely with global marketing team, lead processes from concept to launch
・Develop concept, products, and packaging based on consumer insight
・Manage P/L (Marketing contribution) and marketing budget
・ Propose Pricing and lead alignment
・ Team Management
・Marketing experience including new product development (B2C); food and beverage industry preferred
