Job Purpose & Summary:
Support BUD and drive planning & implementation to develop right marketing strategy to ensure sustainable business growth
・Develop and implement a consistent and integrated marketing and sales strategy for a group of the organization’s products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets. Effectively market assigned products/services. (Upstream Marketing)
・To meet customer requirements for products and services and achieve the #1 or #2 market share position while meeting Japan annual sales and profit objectives.
・Applies wide-ranging knowledge and experience of own job area within business unit or function. May have advanced knowledge and practical experience of specific technical areas applied within the context of a similar industry or type of organization.
1. Formulation and implementation of market AOP
Expand and maintain the company’s brand influence, develop and implement annual marketing and regional development strategies, and coordinate with other departments to do a good job in communication and cooperation. P&L management support for BUD. 30%
2. Markets and product management
Be responsible for formulating and supervising the implementation of the company’s product strategy, and do a good job in product related management, so as to cooperate with the sales to further promote the company’s sales activities with collaboration with global counterpart. 30%
3. Cost Management
Manage and supervise the use and control of the company’s market expenses 20%
4.New Business Development
Develop business market & specific implementation plan 10%
5.Company Policy Execute
Ensure the effective formulation and implementation of the company’s market policies 10%
Knowledge and Experience:
・Broad-based Knowledge in business management and marketing.
・A college degree is required. Also required is Knowledge and ability associated with an MBA with a marketing emphasis (prior marketing experience is preferred.)
・Working knowledge of the key items on the P&L and balance sheet
・Knowledge of customers, markets and competitors
・Knowledge of the working relationships with other functions,
・Knowledge of all aspects of branding and product line management, product launch or product improvement experience
・Medical industry experience is preferred
・Execution of a marketing plan for a major product category.
