<職務内容>

Strategy
・Adapt and implement locally, company developed sales and marketing concepts, marketing/launch plans, arguments and claims to support the business
・Develop and align local pricing strategy in accordance with company guidelines
・Plan, prepare and execute the local A&P, such as annual congress and seminars for maximum return on invested resources

Execution
・Travel in field regularly to assess customer and field opinions on existing products and overall market climate
・To maintain and develop a relevant KOL pool in the local market, in cooperation with Japan sales team
・To secure that sales support materials are available to support maximum outcome of the sales activities
・Manage and executes sales support material development process. Analyze current sales materials effectiveness and reflect those finding upon recent sales materials
・Plan and execute customer event which fit to strategy and provided with appropriate manner, including online format
・Follow internal guidelines, develop customer letters and other required documents, manage those administrative flow

Analysis
・Forecast sales revenue, analyze product sales data and continue to pursue growth opportunity. Develop excel format from scratch or use template of business management, summarize findings and reflect them upon marketing activities. Continuously follow and analyze the product positioning in the markets to be able to propose and implement corrective actions
・Summarize the local market trends and opportunities as well as competitor information, and communicate these to the regional management team and the international marketing organization
・Builds productive internal/ external working relationships, including cross functional teams, sales teams in field and KOLs/advocates
・To provide product training and updates to sales teams and distributors in connection to launches, changes to the assortment, product updates
・Plan, prepare and execute training meeting

<応募要件>

・Education: University degree in Economics/Marketing/Comparable knowledge
・Minimum 5 years marketing experiences and preferably 3 years product manager experiences in medical device industry
・MBA preferred

・Presentation skills
・Japanese: Native, English: Business level
・PC skills, excel, word, ppt and other online communication tools such as Teams, zoom and on24.
