・Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to increase brand awareness, market share and profitability.
・Works closely with business division head and product marketing to develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning for each business.
・Plans and executes marketing campaign to generate raw lead and MQL.
・Leads Monthly Business Update with Global Marketing and BU.
・Reports marketing plan and results to Global Marketing and Region.
・Manages marketing budget and expenses.
・Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development.
・Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients.
＜Qualifications & Experience＞
・Minimum 10 years’ Marketing experience preferably in Life Science
・Sufficient experiences in digital Marketing including social media Marketing.
・Have previously worked for a multinational company.
・Must be able to think and sell strategically; translate strategies into tangible tactics to capture market share.
・Very hands on in turning around the business or leading strategic initiatives as a change agent.
・People Management experience is preferred.
・Proficient in both Japanese and English
