Job Description:
・Develop a mid-term & annual marketing plan and execute the actions collaborating with KOLs, SRs, and other functions. Control/manage phase-in & phase-out plan including new product launch.
・Educate SR and create marketing tools necessary.

Key Activities:
・Under the limited expense available, create the plans based on marketing theory and the situation inside/outside of the company, and execute actions optimizing KOLs (surgeons, nurses, paramedics, etc.) as well as leading various functions like SR/service/logistics…etc.
・Interacting with the US and APAC team daily and with other functions inside Japan, he/she should get information necessary and inform SR effectively.
・Motivate SR with appropriate marketing tools like clinical evidence, practical training, or brochure and host marketing events like exhibition, training seminar, etc.

Accountabilities:
・Sales revenue of responsible products.
・Results and Progresses of Marketing actions: marketing tools, events, etc.
・New product launch, if any, and its progress/effectiveness.

Responsible Products:
AED / Defibrillator, etc.
AED / 除細動器 等 ※担当頂きたいのはAED及びAED遠隔モニタリングシステム、心電図等データ送信ネットワーク構築を予定しております。

応募要件:

Education:
・University Degree or above.
・Business level in English and Native level in Japanese

Experience:
Experience as a Sales & 5+ years of Marketing experience in the medical device industry.
・Experience as a Marketing Product Manager.
・Experience in handling AEDs is even better.

・Product management and analytical Skill
・Intermediate level and above IT literacy
