・Build and implement appropriate and successful strategies and marketing initiatives focusing on but not limited to professional marketing to drive growth, utilization and adoption of the Product.
・Lead commercialization of new products and innovations pipeline.
・Plan, coordinate and execute clinical education, and corporate events/seminar/workshops.
・Provide fundamental marketing analysis and current/gap assessment analysis and other analysis based on classical marketing principles.
・Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics
・Localize practice development initiatives and the Advantage program and implement them through sales team or other functions
・Monitor competitors activities and propose measures
・Develop and localize local sales toolkits in line with sales effectiveness initiatives
・Interact with providers and societies, and develop key opinion leaders
・Participate in special projects and/or training as requested.
・Maintain compliance to regulatory and statutory laws of Japan and other relevant overseas laws and statutes.
・Work collaboratively with Sales and other functions on a cross functional to achieve objectives
・Collaborate with the Asia Pacific marketing team and Japan Cross functional team
・BA degree in a medical or healthcare major; MBA is a plus
・Proven track record with more than 5 years of product management and/or marketing career from healthcare industry, like Pharmaceutical or Medical device in JP market.
・Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization
・Sales experience is a plus
・Good spoken and written communication skill both Japanese and English
・Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
