・Builds effective partnership with global medical to aligned and leverage global practices
・Identifies & tracks key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of learning initiatives in concert with strategic business goals
・Acts as internal consultant with leaders/managers to assist them with determining learning needs
・Develops strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and manages various vendor/contractor partnerships ensuring key performance indicators are achieved and successfully delivered
・Pro-actively engages with and share business insights and ideas with key stakeholders
・Influences the strategic direction for leadership and professional development including the design, development and implementation of Leadership & development programs in partnership with Global Medical/Commercial training/HR
・Solve for people leadership development gaps and enhance manager capability in partnership with MLT, HR
・Creates people development framework in partnership with People pillar leads, HR, and MLT
・Demonstrated competence and experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of leadership development strategies and interventions.
・Demonstrated ability to engage and influence with different levels of an organization including senior executives
・Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on interpreting and synthesizing data.
・Demonstrated project management skills with ability to effectively lead across the matrix
・Experience in driving and executing Learning & Development initiatives

・Knowledge to effectively diagnose performance improvement needs & identify and address root causes
