Job Summary

This position is the key bridge between planning and execution. Together with Sales and the Key Accounts you will ensure an efficient and effective execution of all sales cycles.

In addition to their traditional products within the local market, this brand is looking to also increase the presence of their newer generation products which provide an alternative option for their customers.

 

Responsibilities

• Reports to: Marketing Head
• Subordinates: 3 (CRM, Trade Operations, Support)
• CRM and Field Sales Performance Management
• All FF Merchandising Tools and Budgeting
• Manage Trade Fairs & Events Programs
• Ensure brand message and consumer contact are executed

Key Internal Sales Channels
• All Sales and Key Account
• Sales and Marketing Activation and Planning Team
• Insight and Intelligence
• Extended Cluster Leadership

Key External
• Trade Associations
• Event and Promotions Agencies
• CRM Provider

Qualifications

• English and Japanese (Business levels)
• Highly Analytical (CRM experience is a plus)
• Sales or Trade Marketing Experience
• Strong Communications skills
