Job Summary

This person would be in charge of supporting the HR Manager and supervising C&B payroll and social insurance related matters

 

Responsibilities

・Develop new hire compensation package/offer
・HR Relations: staff welfare programs and activities
・Support talent management and performance management process
・Compensation & Benefit and Pension

Qualifications

・Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
・At least 8 years’ experience in HR related role
Strong verbal, written communication , presentation and interpersonal skills
