In this role, you have the opportunity to drive sales revenue in Japanese Market.
Dynamic and highly motivated commercial Leader is required to build a leadership position in both clinical and research based business mapping and guidance in Japan.
• Develop clear and achievable growth/sales strategies based on segmentation, customer needs / customer centricity and market conditions
• Establish key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
• Contributes to marketing plan
• Drive regulatory clearance for assigned portfolio
•Responsible for creation and implementation of the sales strategy and the Sales Plan
• Rich experience with solid track record in sales
• Experience leading sales in medical device markets with focus on clinical market
• Strategic thinking and marketing
• Basic understanding of reimbursements and regulatory approval in Japan
• Experience Working in multi-channel (direct/indirect) environment
