Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing customers CRM data, preparing reports, and CRM strategy
• Collaborating with internal teams to maximize the CRM data and build customer insight
• Responsible for planning and executing CRM projects
• Plan and manage the budget
• Create and manage annual CRM calendar

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM experience
• Marketing knowledge
• High communication skills and being able to collaborate with related partners inside and outside of the company
• Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Business Communication English
