16635 Business Analysis & Information (BAI) Manager
・Applies global forecast models to Japan and update them by inputting assumptions, facts and research results of Japan market.
・Develop local forecast models for new and marketed products
・Update and maintain forecast models
Assumption development and diagnostics：
・Update / develop suitable model, track accuracy, and conduct gap analyses
・Drive input validation / triangulation, sensitivity analyses, and documentation
・Track and conduct diagnostics on forecasting models
・Provides leadership in Quarterly sales projection process as well as the annual budget planning and Long-range forecasting
・Collaborate with co-promotion partner to align on the target sales
・Communicate KPIs to internal stakeholders
・Support Marketing in explanation of technical aspects when defending the forecast
・Construct KPIs/Performance Report with Global and Marketing/Business Unit team to perceive current market situation including gap analysis and operates the KPIs periodically.
・Builds the company’s capability in market analysis and forecast planning
・Experience in sales forecasting for minimum of 2~3 years in a Pharmaceutical company in Japan, and/or Experience in Management consulting firm for 2+ years
・Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.
・Good communication/presentation skills
・Language: Japanese- Native level, English- Intermediate to Business level
・Therapeutic experience in Oncology is desirable
・Master of Science or MBA
・Experience of handling the products which have multiple indications to estimate the number of patients by indication.
・Experience in a multinational Pharmaceutical company in Japanese market place
・Success building relationships at all levels and leading cross-functional teams aligned to plan
・Competent computer skills (MS Office programs)
