<Main responsibilities and accountabilities>
・Propose, manage, and support to establish Group Finance Function
Mission/Value of Group Finance
-Role and responsibility
-Policy and procedure
・Launch, manage and support projects/tasks which Group CFO is responsible
・Launch and manage projects/tasks while owner is not assigned to specific department
・Support communication between Group CFO and stakeholders (internal and external)
・Supporting Group CFO on a daily basis (BOD, Executive meetings, Townhall meeting etc.)

<Qualifications>

Education:
・Bachelor’s degree
・Major in Business, Economics, Finance, and Accounting (preferable)

Preferable Experience:
・Corporate planning/Business strategy planning; over 2-3 years
・Consulting firm; over 2-3 years
・Experience in IPO preparation
・Experience in PMI (Post merger Integration) between global company
・Finance back ground
・Working with senior business stakeholders, external stakeholders, consultants and service providers

・Analytical and problem solving skills
・Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
・Ability to prioritize and to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines.
・Communication

・Language: Business level in both Japanese & English
・Business experience in English (required) and Japanese (preferred)
・Excellent oral and written communication skills.

ICT:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Especially PPT documentation skill.
