・Effectively manage sales growth across multiple sales channels. Strategic goal setting for the benefit of stores’ sales activities (by shop planning vs. marketing initiatives)
・Oversee all aspects of E-commerce business, such as marketing strategy, data analysis Merchandising, and Logistics Implement merchandising and promotions strategy effectively to drive a high conversion with a the most profit margin. Drive development of merchandising strategy, assortment, and all other digital merchandising activities for eCommerce.
・Effectively manage product listings to ensure accuracy with the ability to optimize product listings to appear near the top of relevant search results.
・Work with clients and marketplace category leaders to drive the business forward, improve awareness of Refurbished industry and grow sales.
・Work with cross functional teams and international teams to leverage expertise including Legal, compliance, marketing, operations
・Knowledge of the end-to-end operational ecommerce process with the ability to learn, adapt and improve each step of the process (including but not limited to shipping, kitting, packaging, processing, listing, returns, customer service, etc…)
・Build a strong relationship with clients and channel partners by planning monthly touch bases, quarterly business reviews, and annual end of year business reviews with action reports.
・Proactively read and react to business trends on a daily basis, including but not limited to implementing changes to listings, keywords, responding to customer service issues and pricing.
・Work diligently to coordinate and solve daily business challenges.
・Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on unit sales, margin, selling price, and traffic metrics including sales trends and patterns.
・Assist in launching new marketplaces, initiating new product releases, and implementing new business
・Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, finance or related field.
・Minimum 8 years’ of high-volume eCommerce experience especially with a one or more of the major local marketplaces.
・Strong written and spoken English
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or another spreadsheet program) and PowerPoint
・Strong ability to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and solve problems while working under pressure and under deadlines
・Ability to work independently
・Fast learner and an expert in understanding complex IT systems
・Experience marketing and merchandising product across multiple online marketplaces
・High level of business acumen with the ability to drive margin across a fast-paced always changing environment, enjoy running a startup and have knowledge of how to understand and control financial outcomes
・Strong focus on the customer experience
・Ability to simplify and present complex data to multiple clients, stakeholders and marketplace partners
・Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external partners
・Ability to prioritize and successfully drive multiple tasks appropriately
・High sense of ownership, urgency and attention to detail
・Experience in documenting written processes and/or policies
・Experience in working as a strong contributor in a matrixed environment with multiple cross-functional teams.
