・Build recruiting strategy and manage entire the recruitment, selection and onboarding process
・Assess training needs to apply and work together with Global Talent Management team to
develop and implement training program to Japan
・Work together with Global Talent Management team to implement the company’s performance management cycle and process to Japan
・Build and implement key local HRIS with HR Head, Japan HR operation and Global HR operations team
・Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
・Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
・Design and implement key HR regulations, policies and template
・Develop and monitor overall HR procedures, systems, tactics
・Support comp design, planning and local benefits program and for those implementation
・Lead and drive some key HR initiatives; payroll vendor project, team building and engagement project etc


・Minimum of 8+ years’ experience of HR Generalist included recruitment, performance management, HR operations, comp and benefits
・Ability to partner with business leaders across all functions, departments and locations to drive excellence in all level hiring and talent management
・Well project management skills and experience
・Strong passion for innovation and desire to put people first and demonstrate the core value of the company
・Willingness to work under uncertainties as the organizational transformation to a full-fledged bio-pharma company
・Entrepreneurship mind-set & collaborative workstyle for the team to deliver best performance
・Self-starter, able to work stand alone with minimal supervision
