This person will have a strategic role acting as HRBP and working closely with the President to define the HR plans and strategies.
・New hire compensation package/offer development
・HR Relations: staff welfare programs and activities
・Will manage 5 subordinates
・Will lead and supervise all the main HR functions
・Solid HRBP background highly preferable
・Experience in Pharmaceutical company is a plus but not mandatory
・Strong verbal, written communication , presentation and interpersonal skills
