・Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, such as payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, employee relations
・Provide guidance to the Managing Director and Line Managers in all relevant HR matters
・Actively drive a performance culture and provide tools to support it
・Further develop local policies and procedures in line with group standards to help the company achieve the overall business objectives
・Liaise proactively with the Regional Head of HR to align local approaches with regional requirements
・Ensure compliance to labor laws domestically and abroad (in case of staff working outside Japan)
・Manage all related administrative matters


・At least 8 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational firm
・University degree in HR, business administration or similar
・Structured, diligent, independent working style with a strong sense of urgency
・Excellent interpersonal skills
・Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
・Good understanding of numbers and figures
・Proficiency in English
