This person would be in charge of supporting the HR Director and supervising C&B payroll and social insurance related matters

 

Responsibilities

・Labor Relations: Attendance Management, Labor Law Management,
・HR Relations: Internal transfer, Promotion, Organizational Development
・HR Planning: Designing HR Systems, Revising HR Rules, Creating HR Statistical Reports
・Compensation & Benefit and Social Insurance

 

Qualifications

・Bachelor Degree
・5 years’ experience in HR preferred
・3 years’ experience in C&B plus
