【Job Summary】
・The Head of MCE drives the business by transforming & optimizing our go-to market approach and internal processes through
・Responsibilities span commercial digital strategy and execution to improve customer experience, including marketing automation, websites, apps, email, and any other digital activities.
・He/She applies efficient, relevant, action oriented and innovative recommendations to GBUs to drive marketing and digital activities and the performance.
・He/She acts as internal consultant and drives implementation for tangible outcomes in alignment with BU heads, marketing heads, and sales heads.

【Key Accountabilities】
・Lead strategizing Digital/MCE roadmap to build 1st in class MCE model in pharma
・Set KPIs in collaboration with other groups in BO&S and GBUs to lead the team for success
・Define mission & short to mid term MCE group goal, and competency & capability to be successful in the team.
・Coach & develop people to be MCE experts or to their next career aspiration.
