Job Details


Project Management:
・Lead all project activities from initiation through closure
・Manage the delivery of projects with international business partners through project management best practices including planning, governance, issue- and risk management, change control, stakeholder management, escalation, and reporting
・Lead cross-functional teams to identify, assess, document, and prioritize key dependencies, costs, timing, and risks
・Ensure all project plans, briefs and project deliverables and documents are accurate and available on time to enable delivery within the budgeted cost, quality, and time
・Establish and lead project teams and steering group meetings in accordance with project governance frameworks. Monitor and report progress to all stakeholder groups
・Lead project closure with timely reviews that deliver insights and trends for
subsequent business recommendation
Product Management:
・Manage sustainability of the current product portfolio by identify issues and facilitate problem-solving, contingency planning, and decision-making
・Analyze profitability of each product and pipeline and optimize the business scheme for each case including the entry and exit plan
・Inform relevant stakeholders of status, issues, problems, and proposed solutions
・Drive consistent high standards and the application of appropriate project and portfolio management tools
Business Planning:
・Manage business optimization through appropriate planning and forecasting
・Optimize supply chain and volume management to mitigate risk through the creation of forecasts and communication with international business partners and internal stakeholders
Business Development:
・Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
・Identify opportunities for licensing or acquisition within the MA customer list and pipeline; create and maintain a framework for identifying future opportunities

・Bachelor’s degree in a science, legal or financially related field
・Extensive experience working in business development within the pharmaceutical industry
・Project management experience in or with the biopharmaceutical industry
・Broad personal network of specific senior Pharma, pharmacist bodies, patient organizations and regulator contacts to enhance the new business pipeline
・Data-driven and analytical, with a logical approach to business planning to identify and leverage opportunities
・Highly articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presenting ability
・Proactive and solutions-driven, with a high level of accountability and ownership for driving results through people
・Ability to influence, network and interact with senior business leaders
・Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate effectively on projects with mutually beneficial outcomes
・Ability to create, coordinate, and maintain integrated plans and control or respond to changes in strategy and scope
・Ability to manage up, down and across, track performance against objectives, use meeting management tools and techniques, make decisions, and resolve conflict
・Ability to work collaboratively as a team member across various functions
・Ability to prioritize and work independently in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
・Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including
executive management
