Apex is a leading executive search firm based in Tokyo, dedicated to recruiting bilingual professionals for mid to senior-level management positions. Founded in 2010 by five experienced executive recruiters, Apex initially focused on the healthcare industry, specifically in Pharmaceutical, Life Science & Diagnostics, and Medical Device. Since then, we have expanded our expertise to cover a wide range of industries, with 11 specialized teams in HealthTech, Banking & Financial Services, Consumer, Supply Chain & Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, and Technology.
