He focuses on building high-impact teams for clients ranging from domestic startups to the world's largest global tech brands, supporting roles in Development, Data & AI, and Cloud.

He has been a tech recruiter in Tokyo since 2019, building success by fostering strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. This approach has led to top-performer awards and exclusive agreements with major global clients, ensuring he consistently delivers strategic value.

Deeply invested in the local industry, Jason organizes a community hosting in-person tech networking events in Tokyo. He has lived in Japan since 2016, originally arriving on the JET Programme. Jason is from South Africa, where he earned a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
