His recruitment career, which began in 2017, has been dedicated to facilitating career transitions for mid- and senior-level candidates in Japan and helping firms successfully hire exceptional talent to drive organizational growth.

Leveraging nearly a decade of prior experience as a Banker in Germany, he deeply understands the various roles within the BFSI sector, enabling him to meaningfully connect with both Candidates and Hiring Managers.

He also diligently updated his industry knowledge by obtaining the CMSA® and FMVA® certifications, as well as qualifications in Data Analytics and Data Science.
