​Sherly is a Consultant in the Tech team with a background in Business and International Management.

On the client side, she partners with both global enterprises and Japanese startups across the SaaS, Robotics, AI, Hardware, and FinTech industries. She works closely with clients not only to fill roles, but also to share market insights.

On the candidate side, Sherly works across a wide range of roles, including commercial positions such as Sales and Technical Project Management, as well as technical roles such as mid-to-senior Software Engineers. She focuses on understanding each candidate’s skills and preferences to ensure a good match.

Originally from Indonesia, Sherly has an international background. She studied in Armenia and Japan, which helps her work effectively with clients and candidates across different cultures.
