On December 5th, Apex hosted its annual Christmas party at Happo-en in Tokyo, welcoming a record 126 team members for an evening of celebration and connection. Set against the backdrop of the Japanese garden—still showing the last beautiful colors of autumn—the venue created a warm and elegant atmosphere. Many colleagues arrived in traditional kimono, adding a festive touch to the evening.
Managing Director Brock Worbets opened the night with a kanpai (toast), reflecting on our 15th anniversary year. He shared his appreciation for the team’s hard work, growth, and the support we show one another every day. The room listened quietly, nodding in agreement as he spoke about what this milestone means for Apex.
As part of our 15th anniversary, we also played a slideshow highlighting past events and company memories. Many colleagues smiled as they looked back on familiar scenes and milestones from over the years.
The night concluded with our annual Apex Awards, recognizing outstanding consultants, rising rookies, and team members who embody the Apex Values. Each acceptance speech offered genuine reflections on their work and personal growth, earning warm applause from the room.
