Apex held its fourth Peak Performers Celebration on January 30 at the Andaz Hotel in Toranomon Hills to celebrate the success of our top-performing recruitment consultants.
This year, a record 21 consultants gathered for this special occasion. Among them were consultants who continue to return each year by surpassing their own records, as well as first-time honorees who achieved outstanding results and joined this distinguished group for the first time.
Honorees gathered at the Rooftop Studio. They enjoyed drinks, conversations, and photos before the dinner began, with Mt. Fuji, the sunset, and Tokyo Tower all visible at the same time for the first time.
Founded in Japan in 2010, Apex has experienced rapid growth in the recruitment industry and has established itself as a market leader. Currently, Apex employs over 150 professionals, each dedicated to their growth and success. In 2026, we will continue to overcome new challenges through teamwork as we strive to reach new heights.
