On July 4th, Apex continued our annual tradition by climbing aboard a Yakatabune boat for a cruise around Tokyo Bay, marking another milestone in our company's growth. This year, Apex celebrates 15 years in business, with our team now reaching over 150 employees.

Since our first cruise in 2014, the Yakatabune has evolved into more than just a summer event. It represents Apex’s culture and the moments we take to reconnect and recognize our collective accomplishments, including being named one of Japan’s Best Workplaces two years in a row (and we're hoping to make it three soon).
As always, we enjoyed a menu featuring traditional Japanese favorites like sashimi and tempura. Yet, it was the sense of camaraderie aboard the boat that made the evening memorable.

This year’s Yakatabune cruise also gave us the opportunity to welcome many new team members, who quickly found their place within Apex.
“It felt very natural to chat with new employees and people from other teams during this kind of event. I think that openness and ease of communication really reflect what Apex is all about.”
– Haruka Sugiyama, Marketing

As we returned to the dock, the event concluded with strengthened connections and new friendships, underscoring the welcoming community that defines Apex.
We're already looking forward to next year's event. Perhaps you'll join us aboard! Apex is always seeking motivated individuals interested in professional growth alongside meaningful experiences.
